Exclusive interview: New Dance Music Friday with LVNDSCAPE

Featured this week (among many others): LVNDSCAPE! He's released his new single 'Know You Better' together with Sam Feldt this week, and talks about the creation of it in this exclusive interview.

Hey, you just released your new single 'Know You Better' together with Sam Feldt. How did you create this?
"'It has always seemed like a great idea to collaborate with Sam, and now we felt like it was the right time. Together with the co-writers and Tessa’s amazing vocals we came up with ‘Know You Better’. It was one of those occasions where everything happens naturally, almost like the song was writing itself. Also, this song was completely created over the internet because of busy schedules!"

What does this record say about your musical evolution as an artist?
"For me this song is a logical step forward in my sound. Since 'Kilimanjaro' I've wanted to do a more vocal song with a similar feel and this was the right opportunity."

The track is featured on Spinnin’s New Dance Music Friday playlist on Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer. How important is streaming to you?
"Streaming is still growing every year. Without it my music wouldn't be heard by the biggest part of my audience. I will still always try to seek DJ support with my songs, but it's great to see those streaming services gain mainstream adoption."
