Bougenvilla

Dutch act Bougenvilla is on fire recently. After returning to the stage with the awesome DJ weapon ‘Nagini’, the guys are now following up on this with the just as massively supported house tune 'Utami' - get ready for a wild ride!

Hailed by the biggest Dutch radio station 538 as ‘Artists to Watch’ in 2018, Shefida and Jeremy aka Bougenvilla have quickly made their career a match made in heaven since first meeting in Rotterdam several years ago. With a penchant for building undeniable groove in their work, Bougenvilla’s bass driven, heavy house leaning sound has seen them achieve support from the scene’s elite, as well as release on some of the industries finest labels across the board.

Their production expertise has seen them deliver on imprints such as Spinnin’ Records, Hexagon, Musical Freedom, STMPD RCRDS and Big & Dirty. Highlights include offerings such as ‘Voodooz’ (Musical Freedom), 'Onik' (Hexagon), 'Homeless' (Spinnin’) and the recent ‘Amazon’ (Spinnin’ Records).

Keeping the momentum at full throttle over the past year with their most recent release ‘Nagini’ which has catapulted them further with support from over 130 artists such as Hardwell, David Guetta, Martin Garrix and Don Diablo, Tiësto and Dannic, their musical showcase continues to expand to new heights, with fresh influences from Asia to add to their melting pot.

And now, the guys have followed up on this triumphal path with another straight up crowdpleaser. 'Utami' leans heavy on bass chords, melodic eruptions and exotic vocal samples. It's an uptempo club tune, receiving loads of DJ support, including Martin Garrix, Hardwell, Oliver Heldens, Don Diablo, Sam Feldt, Fedde Le Grand, Lucas & Steve and many more.

"Powerful sounds taking us back to our Indonesian roots. Catchy vibes & heavy drops, ‘Utami’ is a track we’re really proud of!" - Bougenvilla
