"You're Gonna Love Me" features songwriter Shelley Marie on vocals. I heard an early demo of the song that she recorded on her iPhone with a simple guitar accompaniment, and I knew it was a gem. I knew I could bring out the best in the song, and give it an updated, electro-pop feel. I recorded fresh vocals with Shelley in my apartment home studio, and then built the rest of the track around them in Ableton.
